The journey takes approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on traffic 

• Service 1: 8:15 – 9:20 AM → arrival ~10:30 AM

If you are not at the meeting point at the scheduled time, the vehicle will not be able to wait. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. 

Yes. During Black Friday, we offer earlier schedules, which are published approximately two weeks in advance. 

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check the vehicle, but we are not responsible for forgotten items. 

No. The mall does not offer luggage storage, and our vehicles cannot store items during your visit.
